“We both enjoyed the 2 nights.”
The location was great and not crowded. The kitchen was very greasy around the tops of both rangehoods, and all the fry pans were damaged and needed replacement.

The staff were friendly, the amenities were clean, and I felt safe. The pillow was uncomfortable, making it hard to fall asleep.

Everything was spot on – whether you’re a seasoned traveler or a first‑timer, this is the best launchpad for exploring the Grampians. The staff were warm, helpful and always on hand to make sure we were comfortable. Honestly, I’d give it an 11/10.

The location is great and the living area has a nice earthy feel, which we really liked. Unfortunately the lounge lighting is harsh; daylight bulbs would be better as a warm white. The shower heads spray oddly and the kitchen stove was malfunctioning, even though the water‑saving idea is understandable.

Being just a stone’s throw from Main Street made getting around a breeze, but we hit a snag when one of the showers wouldn’t work at all.
