The location is close to alun2, so I think that’s good. It’s not worth the price; the bed sheet was dirty, a spider was in the bathroom, there were no amenities, and at least soap and shampoo should be provided.

The place has a good location, a comfortable bed, and the hotel café offers many food options with a wide parking area. The bathrooms are clean but the water leaks; the sink and toilet need plumbing. There’s no soap in the bathroom, the towels are very old, the air conditioner isn’t cool enough and needs more Freon. Breakfast isn’t available at the hotel and the café opens after 10 AM, with no nearby breakfast options. The receptionist borrows the ID card and forgets to return it at check‑out.

Nothing really, just left the breakfast. What was disappointing? The first room was denied because of a bad smell. In the second room (4) the AC remote didn’t work at first; the wardrobe can’t open, wallpaper falls off the wall, there’s a lot of dust on the cabinet, and many rats roam around the parking lot and the bins there.

Nothing positive. Everything disappointed me: the first room was denied because of a bad smell, the second room’s AC remote didn’t work, the wallpaper peeled off the wall, a wardrobe was covered in dust, and the parking lot was cold and full of rats.
