Here they focus on warmth and passion instead of comfort and luxury; the dinner was great.

The spot has a beautifully landscaped pool with comfy loungers and a fantastic view, plus you can actually spot Sardinian deer right by the water in September when they’re still bleating—what a treat! The food is good for a reasonable price, though the room fridge didn’t chill as well as it should have, but that’s a minor gripe.

The only bright spot was the dinner we paid 35 €/person for, which turned out to be excellent. The rest of the experience was a huge letdown: we were excited to stay at a traditional Sardinian agriturismo and eat locally grown food, but the moment we arrived, an obviously upset Mrs Stefania greeted us without a greeting and with a sharp look, questioning whether we had a reservation. During check‑in she reacted poorly when we didn’t speak Italian. Later that evening, we sat at a free table, only to be abruptly told we weren’t in the right spot and we had to wait for her permission to sit; she explained it in a way that made us feel like criminals. The whole situation could have been communicated more simply despite the language barrier, yet the staff still made us feel uncomfortable. The rest of the dinner was a disaster, and the breakfast was even worse. We expected local produce, but there was only a handful of yogurts, a few meats, and cheese that we had to ask for. They served breakfast for 12 people as if it were for 4; everything was finished in two minutes and guests constantly had to ask for more. No fruit or vegetables, which is the bare minimum for an agriturismo that supposedly grows its own crops. We never saw any garden on the property. Supplies were scarce—no bread, butter, or utensils. It was very unpleasant to keep asking for food that the host didn’t have, even though she saw the plates were empty. The rooms were basic, and the outdoor furniture was unkempt.
