A single night was just okay, but overall disappointing. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door was defective and extremely loud. The service was especially poor. Despite having previously provided flight details, location, and pickup point photos, the driver waited at the wrong terminal. We waited about 40 minutes for the shuttle and then had to take a taxi at our own expense. Water supply was inadequate; there was barely any water in the room, extra water was expensive, and even through the advertised room service we couldn’t buy any. The staff at breakfast seemed unfriendly and listless, and the coffee tasted really bad. A short stay might be acceptable, but due to the weak service we would not book the hotel again.
