“Clean, comfortable stay and value for money.”
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the value for money is good. It’s a bit out of town.

The hotel offered a swimming pool, which was the highlight of my visit.

I love how modern everything feels, the location is great and the natural light is amazing, breakfast is included in the price and it’s really good value, the roof‑covered parking is a nice touch.

My Thai wife and I (German) have stayed in many hotels in Chaiyaphum each year for family visits, but this one is the best so far. We received an upgrade to an extra living room on the top floor because we stayed a week; most of the time we’re just passing through for a night. The beds were firm but fine for us. The bathroom was clean and functional except for a few tiny ants on the floor. Water was hot, pressure was good, and the air‑conditioners worked well. The view over the side street into Chaiyaphum city was nice, but the street gets relatively loud at night, so we brought earplugs. Parking is very large but it’s still almost always full in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they brought our luggage into the room and even took it back on request when we left. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great. For breakfast you can sit inside (AC) or outside by the pool. The breakfast was good for us, with changing, tasty Thai dishes, toast, jam and freshly made eggs on order. Overall good value for money. We’ll book again. Unfortunately the room didn’t have slippers. No sausage at breakfast (but that’s not really expected at a 3‑star). Only Nescafé was available, which was a bit disappointing.
