“Espectacular! Sin duda regresaría”
The space is beautiful, modern and very peaceful. It’s located in the middle of Zicatela and Punta Zicatela, so you reach it by beach or taxi, but that’s not a big deal.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the bed was huge and had air‑conditioning. The whole place was very clean. The rooftop pool was small but enough to cool off. The breakfast included by the hotel was delicious. We also liked that towels and a beach umbrella were provided. It was close to many places to eat or dine. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, they assisted with taxi requests, offered activities, could store luggage if you leave late on the last day, and could adjust the room timing to suit you. They were attentive all the time, a true 10 in service.

The location is a 10‑minute walk from Punta Spacious, the room is nicely furnished and modern. Breakfast is a must, it’s nice and rich and served until 11:30. Above all, the guest experience is incredible: the staff were just lovely, available any time for all inquiries – you don’t get this treatment in any 5‑star hotel! Nothing else. A few things to keep in mind: scooter and car rentals in Puerto Escondido can be tricky, so book through the reception as they make the exchanges easier. Curtains are not very thick and sunlight goes through in the morning, but rooms come with face masks and we had no issues with it. The same goes for external noise (barely avoidable in Puerto Escondido) and rooms come with plugs. No issues on our side.

The hotel has a minimalist concept, the rooms are spacious and clean. The food is very, very good, the staff are friendly. It’s on the street, which makes it noisy, it has no blackout curtains so you wake up very early, it’s well‑located but the access streets make it hard for small cars to reach.

Two main things were stand outs: 1) The service. The hotel personnel were exceptional to help, to assist, to answer questions, etc. Absolutely incredible. 2) The food. I cannot speak highly enough about the restaurant. Its super low-key and un-pretentious, but the food they serve is outstanding. Especially in a city where seafood dominates the show, the restaurant provides very different options and all at top notch chef levels Other aspect I appreciated after the fact was the location. It was close enough to the beach to enjoy a walk during sunset; also close enough to the hustle & bustle of La Punta area, but far enough that the noises of the city don't reach you. Minor things that were more of a function of the city and less on the hotel itself. aka, some occasional sewage smells, the heat, etc
