The staff were very kind and helpful. The noise from Taksim Square and the nearby restaurants was a drawback, but overall it was a very nice place to stay.

The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and cozy. It was very noisy; across from the hotel there are venues with live music, and during our stay there was a disco that made it impossible to sleep at night.

The location was good, everything was close by. Unfortunately it was noisy and I couldn't sleep at night; I could hear car horns all night. The breakfast could have been better.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is perfect for exploring Istanbul by public transport. Just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim metro station (M2) and the Taksim funicular station (F1), you can reach Kabataş in 5 minutes and hop onto the T1 tram to Sultanahmet. However, even on the 6th floor the noise from loud honking made it hard to sleep, and the reception didn’t offer any earplugs. Also, the hotel’s survey labels a “10” as happy, a “9” as average, and an “8” as unhappy, which could inflate review scores.
