I liked that breakfast was included and the dining‑room staff were extremely friendly; the rooms were large with comfy beds and the lift and stairs had solid safety measures. On the downside, homeless people lingered at the entrance, making me uneasy about going out for dinner or nightlife, and the free Wi‑Fi and the spa that closes at midnight probably attract them; the hotel should rethink its Wi‑Fi policy and do something about the presence of those individuals. Also, you have to pay an extra fee to store luggage at checkout, but everything else was great.

“Overall it was a lovely location. The breakfast could do with a better buffet option for people with egg and milk allerg”

I was glad to find the hotel right next to the station, but the bedsheets weren't cleaned properly.

What impressed me most was the breakfast staff’s hospitality. The location was convenient, close to the train station. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, with old springs.
