The room was comfortable. I was upset that there was no extra white light in the room, and they forced me to pay for a towel that they didn’t even try to wash, then charged me for laundry but didn’t bill me in full; the manager’s handling was terrible.

The staff were kind. For the low price, the area is cold and the shower barely works, making hand washing impossible.
