The view was amazing, reception staff were 10+, and the room cleaning—especially the bathroom—was 10+. The shuttle bus was excellent and the front‑door staff were 10+. The beach area and beds were great, but the cocktails were terrible; I’ve never tasted such bad ones. The bar used plastic glasses—definitely not a 5‑star hotel cocktail. Even if plastic glasses are used, they should be changed seasonally and be nicer. We went on a catamaran trip from the hotel that was also bad; everything was included but the items were very cheap. The cutlery was dirty—just to see them. I can’t recommend it and the hotel should not collaborate with them anymore. For a 5‑star hotel, the breakfast staff were poor. They forgot essentials like water, coffee sugar, etc., messed up coffee orders for all five days, and the quality was bad. One guy left after waiting over 15 minutes for coffee, with no brown sugar or green tea. It would have been better if the coffee machine was available to us instead of a service. Breakfast was almost the same but with many variations to choose from.

“Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Myconian Avaton Hotel”

Das Team ,egal in welchem Bereich des Hotels,war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend,das Hotel und der Strand ist absolut TOP.Shuttleservice zum Strand -MEGA-.der Blick aus der Suite ganz oben ist phänomenal !!! Frühstück excellent.Cappuccino .SUPER. Absolute Empfehlung.wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Das Gym.na ja.kleines dunkles Loch.entspricht leider nicht dem excellenten Standard des Hotels

“An absolutely stunning hotel with incredible views, fantastic food and wonderful people!”

Arriving at Avaton, the view instantly told me I was somewhere special. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with beautifully designed, ultra‑comfortable rooms and sweeping Aegean vistas. The pool area stood out as the perfect spot for a relaxed afternoon soaking in the scenery. Both breakfast and dinner were highlights, thanks in large part to Katerina, who was warm, friendly, and made each meal feel special, and Mary, who was always there around the pool at just the right moment. Service throughout the property felt exceptional yet relaxed, with everyone genuinely welcoming and attentive. It was a place where I could truly unwind. The only thing that disappointed me was the need to leave; after enjoying the views, food, and care, returning to normal life felt like a bit of a downgrade.
