The bed was uncomfortable, the duvet was stained and slightly torn, cigarette stains were everywhere, and the area was filthy.

The receptionist was patient and efficient, yet the cleaning was awful, the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible, and the bed linens were old.

The staff were great—honestly, this nice team should work at a better hotel! They cleaned every day. The room was a disaster, mold everywhere and the bed was rock‑hard. The place was full of drug addicts and you couldn’t leave alone.

I could walk to the city center in 10–15 minutes, but the neighborhood was very unsafe, full of homeless and drug users, and someone cleaned my room without my permission, which was annoying.
