The service was excellent – all my requests, even some unusual ones, were met. For instance, I needed to cook in a multi‑cooker because of a special iodine‑free diet. The location was very convenient, close to the hospital where I was being treated, and there were plenty of grocery, household, and other shops nearby. The bathroom and shower need a more modern setup.
“They should make a better hotel facilities”
The location was good, yet there was no safety box in the room; after several requests the reception finally brought one, but it lacked a battery. The toilet had a bad odor and cigarette smoke could be felt throughout the hotel.

The staff were nice, especially Yousof Bek who was very helpful and friendly. The AC worked well and the room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area where free coffee was provided. Occasionally a little noise from the neighbors came through, but it wasn’t too much.
The place was on a lively street close to shops, but it was very noisy, the hotel was quite crowded, and the rooms and corridors were dark with a very oppressive atmosphere.
