The staff were exceptional and very helpful, breakfast was fantastic, security was on duty, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the restaurant was very handy.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was also really good, I had some great meals there. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown - they were seriously tiny, I mean, I've seen bigger rooms in hostels. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives for me, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Um gleich eines klarzustellen: die Punkte die ich bemängele sind NICHT durch das Personal verursacht. Sämtliche Angestellte dort verrichten einen ordentlichen Job und waren zu uns überaus freundlich und sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war stets gut!. Das Badezimmer gehört dringend renoviert! Und in die finstere Ecke in der das Waschbecken war, mochte man ja gar nicht gehen. Sämtliche Fenster sollten einmal gereinigt werde oder am besten ganz erneuert! Die Betten waren schon etwas durchgelegen. Für die Ausstattung ist der Preis eindeutig zu hoch, vor allem für die Provinz! Mir tuen die Angestellten etwas leid. Die Eigentümer müssen handeln!

I was really impressed with the staff here - they were super friendly and went out of their way to help with everything from checking in late to recommending local restaurants. However, the hotel's location is a bit of a letdown - it's a good 20-minute drive from the town centre, which can be a pain if you're looking to explore. To make matters worse, the constant hum of traffic from the nearby highway made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I was really impressed with the staff at this place - they were super friendly and welcoming, even when we rolled in late at night. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the rooms. For the price, I was expecting a lot more, but what we got was a bit of a letdown. The rooms were clean-ish, but the sheets had some pretty noticeable stains on them, which made me feel like I was sleeping on top of a dirty blanket.
