The room was spacious, the bathroom large and bright with many mirrors, and the owners are very helpful, offering travel tips and directions; the stay feels almost hotel‑like. It’s not in the city center but reachable within 15 minutes on foot or by transport, and nearby there are restaurants, bars, and a public park (Parco Pinocchio) that make the neighborhood pleasant. Breakfast is good, the owners accommodate preferences, but it could be more varied with extra options; still, it remains an excellent Italian breakfast.

The couple’s hospitality is amazing, giving us tips on tours and routes; the room is very comfortable, clean, spacious, and quiet, and the breakfast is a delight with plenty of care. On the last day they arranged a taxi to the train station, and they were very attentive all the time. Getting to the center takes about 20 minutes of uphill walking; renting a scooter or car is a good option.

We loved our stay at Smart. The hosts were absolutely delightful and so helpful with giving us directions and recommendations. The breakfast was out of this world. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. A definite 10/10 all round!
