The hotel was very original, located in caves. The rooms were very spacious with a Jacuzzi, the local breakfast was great, and especially Shamin at the reception was very friendly and handled other tasks in the hotel. I highly recommend this place.
We had an extremely disappointing stay and had to leave the same day. The overall cleanliness and hygiene were unacceptable: the room was very humid, insects swam in the pool, and the hotel overall fell far below our cleanliness and maintenance expectations. The food was a major let‑down: we were served dishes that seemed to have been brought in from elsewhere, a chicken sauté with unclear meat, hard bread, and a soup that barely resembled lentil soup. Despite the poor quality, we were charged about 2,000 TL, which was unreasonable. We were repeatedly told the food was freshly prepared and that extra çiğ köfte was made especially for us, yet it clearly came from Komagene. Pasta that looked like it had been made three days earlier was served without proper reheating. The food made both my wife and me physically ill, with stomach pain that lingered. Another disturbing issue was misleading information from the restaurant staff: around 9:00 PM we were told that town‑centre restaurants were already closed and we should eat at the hotel, but after dinner we went to the centre at about 11:00 PM and saw several restaurants still open, proving the information was inaccurate.
Customer service is excellent and they respond quickly when you have questions. They help with activity bookings. The view from the restaurant terrace is beautiful, and the place is very quiet.

Staying in the fairy chimney was an amazing experience; our room was inside the chimney and on the top floor. The staff were very competent. Breakfast was fantastic. Thanks for everything.
