The bed felt really comfortable and the shower was fantastic, but the floor was dirty and should have been mopped, and there was no ice available.

The owner and staff, who are apparently your family, illegally occupied the handicap spots and parked a white truck directly in front of the only available space, refusing to move it and harassing me into leaving the property; both the stairs and railing do not meet California building code and pose serious danger, especially for my wife and me who are handicapped—this is unacceptable and I demand a full refund or I will pursue legal action, starting with the Building Department and contacting Dana Ayler at 775‑781‑7462; the most common cause of death and injury at places like yours is the stairs.
