“Exceptionnel”

An absolutely magical experience! The setting is simply stunning, full of charm, and the staff are adorable, attentive, and truly caring (especially Palu and Vikram who took care of us). We felt welcomed and pampered from start to finish. The food is also excellent, with a special mention that you can easily ask for non‑spicy dishes, which is really appreciated in India! The location is perfect: we could do everything on foot, which is a real plus for exploring Jaisalmer. Undoubtedly, this was the best part of our entire stay in Rajasthan! We recommend this hotel with closed eyes and will gladly return if we get the chance to visit Jaisalmer again. A huge thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience!

An extraordinary hotel in a fantastic location overlooking the fortress; the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The rooms were tasteful, the bathrooms excellent, the pool great, and the food good, including breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a direct view of the fortress. Nothing to criticize.
