“Very nice facility. Nice staff. Excellent location.”

Breakfast was very nice—good, hot, tasty, with plenty of seating, and the coffee was excellent. We were charged $35.50 at the gift shop for items we didn’t buy; the manager Charles was polite and said he’d refund $31, but I pointed out the correct amount was $35.50. I’m still waiting for the refund.
