The bed was comfortable, yet the Wi‑Fi was spotty, the staff seemed unhelpful, and the check‑in was slow. The rate shown on Booking was in soles, but at the front desk they charged in dollars, and if I paid in soles they applied an excessive surcharge. I asked them to honor the Booking price, but they said they only charge in dollars. I can't accept being deceived.

The reception was very professional, the hotel itself is small and spotless with modern rooms, and breakfast was perfect. However, we had requested a quiet room because some rooms face the street, and Chiclayo is a very noisy city.
