The room was fairly clean and the location is good—right near mid town, though they’re renaming it something CITY … by Marriott. The most horrible experience I’ve had: my son and I returned at midday to take a short nap before our afternoon activities. I sleep very heavily, so when someone with a key card entered our room, went over to his bed, and pushed him as he sat up, we were horrified. My son is special needs, so it was especially upsetting. We told the front desk, and they said they reviewed camera footage and that there were a lot of people in the area, but they couldn’t tell if anyone had entered our room. We also had to ask for more towels and for trash to be taken out. The room smelled a bit off, but not too terrible. The jacuzzi was clear, but once you turned it on, it foamed with a thick white foam. I called the front desk, and after several attempts, someone finally answered and said, “that’s the way it’s supposed to be.” My son and I got in, but we were covered in the white foam, so we got out. We couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi, and it wasn’t just a little foam—it was a lot. I also had a 7‑lb dog with me, and I didn’t feel really welcomed because he was with me. On the last day of our three‑day stay, we sat at a table that was one to two feet from the main lobby—separate from the others, not near the food. On the third day, a lady with short curly blonde hair, an older female, chastised us for being there in the dining area and embarrassed us for having the dog. Although he never went around the food or anywhere close to it and we were within one to two feet at most from the main lobby, she told me we could not have our dog there but could sit in the lobby. I looked down at the floor and literally twelve to fourteen inches away was where she was saying we had to sit or go. If she had just explained it politely and not where everyone in the whole dining room could hear it, it would have been one thing.
