We loved it. The service was excellent, with a staff member who welcomed guests and handled breakfast in a friendly way. Speaking of breakfast, it was great – plentiful and varied, with scrambled eggs made on the spot, fruit including mango, and a beautiful sea view. The room met our needs without any issues. The linens were very comfortable. The bathtub worked well with hot water. It was quiet. The air conditioning performed nicely. We stayed in luxury suite 06, which had an electric kettle, cups, glasses, glasses, and plates in the room. We could get water to drink instead of breakfast. Walking access to the center was very calm, a 10‑minute walk with a slight uphill return. The car parking worked perfectly. We were very satisfied. The only negative was that it rained.

“Lugar lindo que vale cada centavo, venham ser felizes aqui!!”

The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and especially the view from our window, the wonderful jacuzzi that worked great, and the deck where you can watch whales and see the beautiful beach were amazing!!! We highly recommend it for anyone wanting comfort and peace in an intimate and pleasant setting!! ❤️🙌 Oh! I must praise the attendant Daniela who welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, always attentive and making a wonderful coffee, a dear friend 👌🙌🥰🥰

“the best room in rosa”

The hotel is amazing, great room, good bed, good shower, great view, amazing breakfast, hiking trails nearby. We stayed during the low season and were the only ones there for 4 days including the weekend, almost like an exclusive escape. One day during the breakfast we were able to experience whale watching, so make sure to bring your binoculars. We informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking out very early and would therefore miss breakfast. Since it was low season, we asked whether it might be possible to arrive a little earlier than the official check‑in time, as we had an appointment nearby 30 min before the allowed time to check and hoped to shower and get ready. We arrived around 1.5 hours early, and the first thing we were told was, “Check‑in is not now, as I said before.” I completely understand that early check‑in cannot always be guaranteed, but the way this was communicated felt unnecessarily unfriendly and caught me off guard. We were also unsure whether we should leave our luggage at reception or take everything with us to the appointment. In the end, the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated and considered a very thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately, the initial interaction still made the experience less welcoming than it could have been.
