The location was spot on, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the furniture and bathroom fittings looked like they could use an update - they seemed pretty old and worn out. Still, it was a decent place to stay.

This place is a big, old property that's clearly struggling to keep up. I mean, it's got character, but it's not exactly the most well-managed hotel I've ever seen. Still, I guess it's got its charm.

I stayed here because it's close to Reliance, but to be honest, the property feels pretty dated and run-down. If you can, I'd recommend checking out the Reliance facilities instead. On the bright side, the staff here were absolute stars - everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff were super helpful and made my stay a lot more bearable.

Honestly, the food here was a total disaster - I mean, I've had better at a school cafeteria. To make matters worse, the reception staff seemed to take pleasure in being super rude. Not exactly the warm welcome I was hoping for. Overall, it was a pretty terrible experience.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but when I showed up, they told me my room wasn't confirmed and then cancelled on me last minute. Not exactly what I'd call reliable service. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed.
