The place was beautiful, quiet and romantic. The owners were sweet, sent us local recommendations, turned on the air‑conditioner in the cabin beforehand, and brought us a bottle of wine. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and pleasant.

A lovely spot, clean and spacious with a fun pool. The hosts were very available, responded immediately to every request, and gave excellent restaurant and tour suggestions that really upgraded our short vacation.

Quiet, clean, friendly – surrounded by forest – the cabin and grounds are tastefully decorated. They should advertise that the pool is heated year round, that there’s a cast‑iron gas heater for winter, and a new barbecue grill. It would be nicer if the fencing could be extended to fully enclose the cabin; as it stands, people in our area can be seen when bathing, and in other areas. A few mosquitoes – they provide bug spray, citronella, and a zapper – but that’s not 100 % effective.

What we liked: a nice, well‑furnished place with an excellent private pool; the owners gave good local recommendations; when we reported problems, the owners arrived quickly, tried to fix them, and apologized. What was less: we were stung by fire ants several times during the stay, including at night and near the pool, which significantly disrupted our sleep and overall experience – the stings were painful but not dangerous. The cleanliness level wasn’t what we expected for the price; the bar table was sticky and the linens weren’t clean. The service didn’t meet our expectations. Despite a nightly rate of 1,350 NIS, no compensation was offered for the disturbed stay, only a 50 % discount for a future visit. When we suggested a gesture for the current stay, the response was 👍. Overall, the place has many advantages, but the accumulation of issues and especially how the matter was closed left a less positive impression. It’s clear that fire ants can’t be controlled, especially in this area and weather, but the risk should fall on the owners, not the guest. With a different approach to handling it, the rating would rise to 9, and to 10 if it were cleaner.

הצימר עצמו נהדר ממש! הבריכה נעימה מוסתרת ונקייה. המון המון יתושים בחוץ. ממש לא מאפשר לשבת מחוץ לצימר. בנוסף - היה רעש משמעותי מאחד ממתח י ההארחה הסמוכים באמצע הלילה
