I couldn’t shift my reservation from the 23rd to the 24th because all rooms were booked, yet five minutes later I could book a free room for the 24th without any hassle.

The staff were friendly, but the place didn’t match the photos, there was no hot water, and there was no sink or basin for washing hands, face, or brushing teeth.

Clean, good bedding, water, tea and coffee in the room, and the staff are kind. The place feels like a motel: the rooms face the parking lot, and mine was on the ground floor right next to the courtyard/parking, so I didn’t want to stay in it except to sleep. The bathroom lacks a sink, and the Indonesian breakfast is limited, served in a bag on the door; it’s not ideal to eat in the room because it’s not set up for that. All in all, it’s okay for just one night.
