The hospitality and service from the owners and staff were excellent, there’s a good restaurant nearby, and everyone is friendly and tidy. The location is ideal as a base for visiting Lübeck. Nothing to add.

Breakfast was good, tables were set with rolls, and there was a sufficient selection of sausage and cheese; it must be lovely in summer to dine in the garden. I missed scrambled eggs at breakfast, my room faced the street and from 6 am onward traffic made sleeping impossible; there was no notice that the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. An alternative was a pizzeria a few meters away that was open on those days.

The terrace a few steps from the room was great, perfect for watching the sunset; staying there would have been enjoyable for a long time. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent shower. Breakfast was served in a lovely setting, with high‑quality options, and it was nice to have coffee and fresh rolls delivered straight to the table. The room could use a bit of modernization, but it worked well as it was.

Sehr gutes Essen im eigenem Restaurant, was ansprechend und modern eingerichtet ist. Vorbestellung ist ratsam! Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Nicht viel. Einzig die Bäder (vor allem die größe der Duschen) im Haupthaus würde ich mit in den Modernisierungsplan aufnehmen. Grundsätzlich war aber alles in Ordnung und sauber!
