The grounds look impressive and parking is convenient, but the staff were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast cost extra, and the coffee machine was broken or only served black coffee. My room wasn’t cleaned, no fresh towels, and there was no toilet paper at all.

The hotel is in a great spot, but it’s far from the 5‑star claim. The spa was closed (officially for medical reasons, but it felt like an electricity cut), only the sauna worked, and the steam room was out. The gym had half the machines broken. In the room, there was no trash bin or bedside lamp—odd for a supposedly upscale property. The food was disappointing too. Overall, not worth the hype; there are better value options in Albania.
