“Fantastic”
I loved the hotel and its location. They left cake and champagne in the room for our birthday celebration while we were out to dinner. Highly recommend.

I was happy that the hotel sits in a safe spot and can be reached by cable car, Waymo, ride shares, and lime bikes or scooters. The lobby felt welcoming, but the room left something to be desired: it wasn’t the cleanest, dust was everywhere, the remote didn’t work, and when we arrived there were no trash bags or ice buckets in the room. Apart from those few issues, everything else was fine. The valet staff were friendly, and the lobby offered free coffee and hot tea.

The breakfast was very good, the rooms were nice, and the hotel’s high location in San Francisco (on the cable car) was convenient. The air‑conditioning was noisy, and the view was partially blocked by high buildings around the hotel.
