Staying at Serenity felt like being at home. As soon as you arrive and step into that beautiful garden, tranquility fills the air. The cleanliness of both the common areas and the apartment is excellent, which is hard to find. The location is ideal for visiting the Valley of the Kings, temples, and nearby tombs, and from Serenity’s terrace you can enjoy the morning hot‑air balloon view. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom have all the accessories you need for your stay. On top of all that, communication with Ziad is smooth; he is always available for any question and offers great local recommendations. A safe and peaceful place to stay in Luxor that I will definitely return to on future trips.

The vibe was great, and the owners, Ali and Ziad, were super attentive and present. Outside, the seating area with couches was lovely, and each room offered stunning views over the local part of town. The cleaning was impeccable, which mattered a lot to me, and I truly felt at home during my stay.

Ali was incredibly helpful, arranging tours for us with Mohammad Ali as our guide. Mohammad was a very pleasant guide, and we enjoyed the tours a lot. We visited the Haptechsup Temple and the Valley of the Kings, and he even suggested a balloon flight, which was amazing. He took us to nice restaurants with good food, making it a pleasant holiday. We had a late flight and arrived at 23:30; we tried to order an Uber but it was scammed. We were glad we finally made it to the hotel.

“盧克索很讚的住宿”

The accommodation was very clean 👍🏼, and the host was friendly. The next day, staff helped us move our luggage even though there was no elevator and we had to use the stairs; I highly recommend this place! The balcony in the room lets you see hot air balloons rising in the morning. After the hot water ran out, you have to wait a bit for a single serving of hot water.

The house was new and clean, with no issues in the bedding or hidden corners. The staff were enthusiastic, there was a camera inside the house, and a security guard outside made it feel safe. From the roof, you can see the hot air balloons. The overall environment on the west coast is still dirty, chaotic, and poor, but that’s unrelated to their accommodation; the entire west coast is like that, and the external environment of all hostels is similar. If you care about that, avoid the west coast; otherwise, their place is a great choice.
