How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great, but the whole city was shut down because of the triathlon, making arrival and departure a nightmare, and no one mentioned this anywhere. The wellness area was full, as a staff member told us, and my friends and I had chosen a spa & wellness hotel specifically, so we were utterly disappointed. Never again!

The setting, staff, and location were fine. Breakfast was good, but compared to previous visits it was slightly worse—every day the same selection and lower food quality. We’ve stayed at this hotel at least six or seven times, and every visit had a TV problem. During our stay the main TV didn’t work at all, with no apology or mention of compensation. Using a 2026 set‑top box that malfunctions in this room class is probably a national rarity! This hotel can boast about that for years. I’ve never seen this in any other hotel, and I hope I never see it again.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very central. Unfortunately, when we arrived no one was reachable by phone, and we didn’t receive a reply to our email until three hours later. Very disappointing.

Everything was wonderful. The room was large and clean, with spa robes and slippers provided. The staff were polite and very competent. The spa complex was also excellent. The food was tasty and there was a good selection of dishes to suit every taste. The hotel is situated in the center of Karlovy Vary. The mineral springs, shops, cafés, restaurants, walking area and attractions are all nearby.
