The location was good, rooms were comfortable, and worker Anna was pleasant. The room itself was fine, renovated and well-equipped, but the cleaning service was an issue. I asked the receptionist to change the towels daily; she did it, but we stayed three nights and nobody cleaned the room.

The staff were very nice; Ana gave us a warm welcome, and the location was great and easy to get to. Rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, but the staff tried to help, and that was my only issue.

It was a classic Neapolitan apartment that looked beautiful, like a De Crescenzo film, and the kindness of the host, Mrs Anna, was fantastic—quick, efficient, and ready for me and my daughter. If I ever return to Naples, I would not hesitate to go back to them, Francesco.

The location was good: you can walk to the historic center and the station. Pre‑arrival communication was quick, and check‑in was simple. Black mold was visible on the bathroom ceiling, with dripping water, and also on the shower joints and the skirting board, with rust. It wasn’t just a one‑day mess: it was ingrained. The shower had very little pressure and the temperature was unstable (the water stayed cold halfway through the shower) for all four nights. There was no sound insulation between rooms: we could hear the neighboring room in detail, and there was noise after 00:00. The listing advertised breakfast (16 € per person per night), but at the property they told us they didn’t offer that service and to go to a bar. The municipal fee can only be paid in cash. The room was sold as a “double deluxe” and it was not.
