“Overall good but not great”

I liked the food, especially the sweets, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds. The building feels a bit dated, and the rooms have old furniture with stains. The bathroom has mold, a leaking tap, and poor water pressure. The air‑con is so old you can’t set the temperature or change settings properly. If you’re in a room facing the garden with a sea view, you’re forced to listen to the stage show every night from 9 to 10 pm, and the same playlist keeps playing until about 10:30 pm every night. The pool water is cold, and smoking is allowed in the corridors, so the air smells.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast buffet, dinner with a variety of cultural foods, and the dining areas were rated 7 stars, and the restaurant is world‑top rated. The swimming pools and beach were great. The only downside was the isolation from the surrounding environment and locals; it felt like an isolated island.

The fact that dogs are accepted is a plus. The food was a major let‑down: very few choices, the same bland options every day, no flavor, and the orange juice was just diluted chemical powder with a lot of water; the real juice was an extra cost.

Every time I visit, I have a very good time at your place. A special thank you to Mr Ehab for his professionalism and a big thank you to Mr Ramada. Everyone else was a real pleasure, just like at home. There were no negatives.

The sandy beach location is great and the staff are very friendly. The food, especially the sweets, is often disappointing, old, and not good quality.
