The building was clean and welcoming, and I was comfortable overall; the only downside was that my room was on the top floor next to the elevator, and every time the elevator moved there was a very loud noise in the room; overall it was good; I did notice a slight sewer smell when entering the room.

The room was large and comfortable, unlike the bathroom, which was disappointing; the afternoon attendant was very kind and deserves praise; the morning attendant was awful, I don’t know how the employer keeps her; the bathroom, which should have been the highlight, is tiny and the automated toilet, shower, and sink only make the experience frustrating—for example, every time I used the space I accidentally lifted the toilet lid.

The price felt amazing for Granada on a weekend, and the hotel is fairly close to the city center on foot, in an area where you can park in a blue zone and, on top of that, it even has a Japanese bath! That was a real fantasy. We got sweltering at night because of the duvet on the bed—maybe because of its material—but we had no other choices, so we slept okay…
