The spot is excellent, yet I had to switch rooms because the first one faced the avenue and the noise disrupted my sleep, plus the mattress was too soft, sinking on one side and lifting on the other; the second room was quiet and comfortable, but the bathroom felt like a steam sauna due to no ventilation.
