The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was poor, with cheap items left in the corridor from the previous evening. The jacuzzi is very small for two average‑sized people and quite dated. The bathroom sink is also very small and the space is cramped.

The location was super convenient, the room was very pretty, the staff were incredibly kind, and the whirlpool with LED lights was amazing. I didn’t like the mattress cover because it was very dirty. Then there were issues with the jacuzzi: we got into the room at 6 am, tried to turn it on but nothing happened. We called the staff, who came up after a short time and tried to fix it by disassembling the jacuzzi, but as soon as it seemed to work the problem returned. This went on until 21:20, when they finally moved us to a different room. The biggest flaw was that we still had to eat and the whirlpool was disconnected at midnight… overall a lovely stay but it wasn’t as restful as we’d hoped.

The room itself was nice, comfortable, and clean. I couldn’t find breakfast the morning after my arrival, and there was no one physically available to talk to except when the staff arrived.
