The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the place was very private and quiet—highly recommend staying here. Nothing else to add.
I chose this place because reviews said it was very clean, and it was exactly that—clean, not fancy, but the best value I could find. I’m picky about hotels and have no complaints. :)

The bed is comfortable. Pipes are noisy, there is smoking in the building, and breakfast is not free.

Excellent hotel and staff, but unfortunately there seemed to be a sewer backup that made a few areas smell bad; the staff addressed the issue, which was the only drawback.
This is my 3rd stay this year for conferences I have had in Carmel. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The hotel and courtyard are always well maintained. The value of this hotel with the facilities is unbeatable. The carpet in the rooms sometimes seems sticky almost. But everything else appears clean and well maintained
