“Estuvo bien pero , pudo estar mejor , la piscina en mejor condiciones y mas limpia , rebalé en ella”

The breakfast was good but it didn’t change from day to day; they should vary it. The location is very good, but the front area isn’t very safe. I encountered several non‑guests asking for money, even coming to the door, which is not secure. I also need more security for guests and varied breakfasts, plus better cleaning around the pool area. I tried to sit on the edge of the stairs by the pool and it was slippery; I fell. If there are cameras in that area, you can see what happened. My wife or her niece witnessed it. I believe the fall was due to the lack of water cleaning; the stair step felt slimy and I slipped. I’ll see what I can do if this happens again. My wife and her niece saw the incident, and I think if there are cameras you’ll see it yourself; more cleaning and maintenance are required.

“Overall my stay was good…”

Breakfast was okay, the location was great, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean. The downside was that one of the TVs in my suite wasn’t working; a staff member rebooted it but it still didn’t work. When I entered my room, the door was open because housekeeping had left it that way, which I didn’t like.

“If like people walking in your room and being locked out stay here!”

The price was good. The first room they gave me was at the back, and men were standing around the door, making me feel uneasy as a solo female traveler. I went in, sat on the bed, and it smelled like urine. I asked the desk for a different room at the front and they complied. The next morning, a woman with a key opened my door and tried to walk in, claiming the front desk had given it to her. I called the desk, explained what happened, and they apologized and promised it wouldn’t happen again, but it still made me uncomfortable. Unbeknownst to me, my room key had been deactivated, so when I ran downstairs to grab something from my car I was locked out and had to get a new key from the front desk—no apology was offered for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean and fine, but the bathtub needs refinishing. In the breakfast area there were ants by the coffee machine.

“Decent location, not worth the stay.”

It was easy to find, but it wasn’t very clean or nice. The keys didn’t work more than once or twice, and when I asked the front desk to fix them, they hesitated because we were about to check out. I had to explain that we needed to come in and out of our room and the building to get our belongings out.

I had to use the front desk’s master key card because the door key card wouldn’t open my room even after several attempts, and there was no elevator at all.
