The location was good and the staff were friendly, yet the food and juices were disappointing, the front desk took too long to hand me the key, the room was small and the model was outdated, and I found the deluxe room extremely cramped.

The property was spotless and the staff, especially at reception, the restaurant, and the gym, were exceptional; Mme Nadège Nz, one of the receptionists, showed genuine kindness even over the phone before I met her, always smiling and ready to help guests for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic for all tastes, though I could hear traffic outside and the TV from the neighboring room, causing a minor noise issue.
