The staff were helpful and courteous, and the location is convenient for basic essentials with plenty of transportation options. However, the Wi‑Fi is slow and only works in the lobby, the capsule area needs to be air‑conditioned, and the toilets are poorly maintained—dirty, not flushing, no hot water, old fixtures, no locks, bad lighting, and a strong unpleasant odor. Trash piles up because it isn’t cleaned promptly, so the owners really need to upgrade and maintain the facilities.
