“Estancia de 10”

I was blown away by the location and the staff—Jenny at the buffet, Andrea in public relations, Ruth at the pool bar, and the front desk team all scored a perfect 10. The breakfast buffet was superb and varied, the parking was free, and the room had nice touches and water fountains, plus a complimentary room upgrade. The only downside for a 5‑star hotel was that the doors and carpet need updating, the toiletries were limited to shampoo, gel, and body milk, and the shows and activities were only in English for foreigners.

“Der Preis ist eher teuer, aber wir haben nichts vermisst”

The staff were extremely friendly and the chefs received high praise; everything was spotless. The proximity to two beaches and the city center was great. The only annoyance was having to give your room number every time you ate or visited the bar—something that could be streamlined today, perhaps by reading the room card or using a lanyard.

The staff were super nice, the breakfast buffet was good, and dinner was fine. The location was great and there were three large pools. However, the Maisonette suites varied a lot in quality. The first suite had a spacious layout with a huge balcony that had a lounging area below and another balcony above, but it was noticeably worn out despite a renovation, and the sofa‑couch downstairs was an ergonomic nightmare and grossly dirty. We were given another bed, but the couch remained unhygienic. We eventually moved to a different room that had less clutter, a single small balcony downstairs, was clean and tidy, but lacked doors to the lower floor. The pools were too warm for swimming, and the rooms were extremely noisy.

The location is excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly return.
