Dear Sir or Madam, I recently stayed at your B&B and was disappointed with the service and overall experience; I expected far more from my stay. The service did not meet my expectations and several aspects left me disappointed. I am telling you this because I believe guests deserve better service and proper care. I hope you take my criticism seriously and improve your service in the future.

Overall positive. The property offers many amenities, including a beautiful pool, ideal for families with children. The location is excellent for reaching many inland sites in Sicily. The host was very helpful and caring.

Nothing We had booked rooms months in advance for a large group, each person with their own room. When we arrived to check‑in, the lady was rude, saying we had to wait until 20:30 because she had a life. I must point out that we had a wedding and the couple was already at the venue, while we argued with the lady because she messed up the rooms, putting more than 10 people in one room, plus an extra couple, and sent us to another B&B, charging 20 euros extra with no explanation. The next morning she was rude again, even took a boy’s phone and wrote a review herself! Truly disgusting.
