The cozy room had everything I needed, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and the "non-supermarket" breakfasts were wonderful, especially the smoothies and bread; a wonderful place to stay 😀

The staff were very friendly, and the location was super convenient, right next to Cusco’s historic center. However, the value for money wasn’t great; I got a tiny, cold room on the third floor and paid about €35 per night. The room never got cleaned, and there was no toilet brush available.

“Good value and good stay for one night near mercado de San Pedro”

The spot was close to Mercado de San Pedro and not far from Plaza de Armas. The bathroom looked nice and the place felt secure. I liked the free drinking water in the common area. The staff were friendly, helped us store our luggage safely, and let us wait in the common area after check‑out so we could rest before our flight. The hallway was a bit dark when I first walked in, and the common area and most of the apartment felt a bit dim and outdated, but that’s just my preference for bright and airy spaces.

“comfortable and convenient”

Location was excellent; owner was very friendly and helpful; he didn't speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate
