The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and had a pleasant vibe, and the location was the best. The only downside was the basement parking lane was too narrow, so my Ertiga got a little scratch while turning.

They accepted my booking, but when I arrived they turned me away because I was a foreigner. I’m Canadian with UK citizenship, and as a woman I was fully covered.
