The reception was friendly and the infrastructure quality was good, with a clear view of the city. Paying by card was impossible, so we had to use cash. The elevator didn’t work because of unstable electricity, making it hard to reach the upper floors, especially for older guests.

Be aware of hidden fees: from the moment you arrive, the tone is set by an ultra‑detailed rate chart that lists the charge for every possible “damage,” from a simple stain or ink mark to the smallest item (a hanger worth 5 000 AR, a soap holder at 3 000 AR, a bath mat). It feels more like surveillance than welcome. There’s a total lack of flexibility and hospitality spirit, ruining the experience. Bring your own laundry if you don’t want a surprise bill.
