“Lovely stay”
The staff were lovely and checking in and out was a breeze, but the room got a bit warm sometimes.

Lovely rooms and a nice atmosphere.

Our room was dated but lovely, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom was new and modern with nice toiletries. We stayed in a courtyard room, which was quiet. The main hotel is lovely, with high ceilings and décor that fits its age. The dining room is very impressive. The food was very good, though I’d have liked it a little hotter. This stay was for my husband’s 70th birthday, and we were pleased to receive a discount on our evening meal, which was a lovely gesture. Nothing else.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the dining room’s décor paid tribute to the building’s age, and breakfast was varied and of exceptional quality; the only drawback was that the pork belly I ordered for dinner was great, yet the vegetable side—a wedge of cabbage—didn’t complement it.
