“I won't come back. The room offered wasn't accommodating”

The room was okay for what was offered, but the ad was misleading: I booked a room with two beds and a pull‑out couch, only to find a single bed in the room. I was charged for a setup that couldn't fit my family, and the staff said this happens all the time with rooms that don't exist. I need to speak to someone about this false advertisement!
