The staff are really pleasant. Cleanliness was very good, which I value a lot. The air conditioning worked well. It’s simple but very good. The location isn’t the best but it’s safe. I had no problems.

The view from the rooftop restaurant, private bathroom, comfortable bed, clean rooms. A lamp is missing in the room.

The sink kept leaking whenever we used it, and there was no soap in the bathroom. We were given a small wool cover instead of a cotton sheet, which felt unpleasant and was too small for two people; when we asked for something else, the staff handed us an extra mattress cover to make do. The shower towels were more like hand towels, and the staff were unfriendly, staring at us with an uncomfortable look and never saying hello. Even when we said goodbye at checkout, they just looked away in silence. Both nights, the people in the nearby "meeting room" were loud for hours, even past 2 am, keeping us up on weekday nights. The mattress was very bad, angled toward the middle so it felt like sleeping on a hill; I started hurting my back during the first night and kept waking up to change positions.

The place was clean, the AC was cold, the hot water worked, and the atmosphere was quiet. The location was on a small street. The power outlet was on the upper wall, so my phone fell when I tried to charge it. The room had no window, so I chose a room with a glass cup on the wall to tell whether the day had already started. Since I arrived at night, the car could only be parked on their property after the café guests left, around 23 h. Guests were asked to sign a form listing the items in the room; this was my first time staying at a place that required that. When I checked the list, some items were missing, so I reported it quickly to get my deposit back intact.
