Breakfast wasn’t offered, yet the kitchen was well stocked with bottled water, a variety of teas, a coffee machine, and pre‑packaged snacks like chips, croissants, muffins, and small waffle treats; luggage storage and the Bolzano Card were definite bonuses. Still, given the hotel’s price, a more substantial and fresh breakfast—fresh croissants and other freshly prepared items—would have been better; the advanced lighting system was impressive but its many settings and controls required a learning curve that added a bit of hassle to the stay.

The location was convenient, the room and bathroom were clean and well‑renovated, and the staff were attentive; coffee, tea, and snacks were free in the common area, the bed was comfortable with two pillows and a soft blanket, and everything else was liked.

The room was spacious, located just a few blocks from the city center and main attractions. The automated, brand‑new accommodation had a modern décor, and the host was very friendly. The shared space included a fridge, coffee maker, and snacks, with thoughtful touches throughout.

Staying at ADV HOME in Bolzano was truly enjoyable and met all my expectations, leaving a great overall impression. I felt very comfortable and appreciated being able to enjoy Bolzano without any issues. I would gladly recommend this place and would return on a future visit. I found no negative aspects or inconveniences that affected my experience, and everything met my expectations with no suggestions for improvement.
