Clean, quiet, respectful of privacy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked everything.

The AC broke, no maintenance on duty, so we had to fix it ourselves with the night clerk. The location looked bad and a sign on the building saying you are parking at your own risk made us sleep with one eye open.

I didn’t stay for breakfast, left at 4 am for a 6 am departure. We were picked up by a shuttle, arranged with the driver to take us to the airport the next morning, but he reneged. I thought that was unprofessional, so we took an Uber instead. The facility was clean but antiquated; it was a waste of money. There wasn’t anything I could say I didn’t like; my wife didn’t want to be placed in the front but we settled in and stayed.
