How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Good location. The ground‑floor room is small and has only one window facing the sidewalk (like a shop window), so the curtain had to stay closed all the time. The window couldn’t be opened and the bathroom was dark and tiny. Lighting was very poor. PS: the pool should be described as a bathtub.

The location was good. The staff were very friendly, clean, and the kitchen was large. Parking is on the street and was quite busy in the low season; it might be difficult if you’re there in the high season.

The décor is beautiful. The room is comfortable, has great air conditioning and is safe. It’s useful to have the fridge and a covered space downstairs to sit. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew were excellent – the room was refreshed daily, with the bed made and bins emptied. The location is great – we could walk to everything we wanted to see in Mérida. Thank you :)

Roberto was welcoming and available, the communal kitchen is huge, and the room was very clean. Nothing to complain about.
