Everything was great: comfortable beds, a clean room, and friendly staff. Nothing to complain about.

The luxury accommodation was literally a stone’s throw from the cathedral. Nothing to add.

The room was spacious. I was surprised it didn’t have a wardrobe, and the air conditioner wasn’t working.
“Decepcionante”
The location was good. Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work, no one was there upon arrival, check‑in had to be done via video call, the room was very small, and the mattress collapsed.
The service team lady was lovely, very helpful, and the room was suitable and large enough for the three of us. It would have been nice to have more tissues and a kettle with tea bags, and another blanket would have helped since there were only two.
